Wants to know if there is a list of predefined macros such as the preprocessor macros like #ifdef.

There are in a old Watcom Book titled "Language Reference" ISBN: 1-55094-033-3. It was part of the earlier releases of Watcom, but was not part of the 10.6 document set. It not only describes things about the C language, but also in cases where the C specifcations were "undefined" what Watcom did.
It includes information on the macros that are supported. |
