Get a pointer to the next top-level widget

Synopsis:

PtWidget_t * PtNextTopLevelWidget( PtWidget_t *widget );

Description:

This function gets a pointer to the next top-level widget after the given widget.

Returns:

A pointer to the next top-level widget, or NULL if there isn't one.
