Invoke a Child Created method

Synopsis:

void PtSuperClassChildCreated( 
                 PtWidgetClassRef_t *cref,
                 PtWidget_t *widget,
                 PtWidget_t *child );

Description:

This function invokes the Child Created method of the container class specified by cref. The widget argument is a pointer to the widget whose Child Created method is being invoked. The child argument is a pointer to the newly created widget.
