When we calibrate our touch screen the calibration goes fine, however, once calibrated the cursor is only on the extreme right hand side of the screen (you can only see a small black line that is the cursor). The cursor can move up and down but not left to right. When looking at the configuration file (absf.1) the coordinates are very large and don't appear to be correct. We have tried the suggestions in the knowledge base and none seem to have any effect on the problem. What has gone wrong?

| Solution |
This error is commonly caused by a mismatch of Input and calib versions. Check to make sure that you have the most upto date versions of both.
A beta version of calib for Photon 1.14 can be obtained from here:
http://www.geocities.com/erickmuis/files/photon/1.1x/touchscreen/calib_114.gz
Make sure your version of Input is also upto date. |
