Does QNX4 support the Siemens SAB C16x microcontroller? We use a SAB C165 for many applications with another OS but would to use QNX on our system.

No, the QNX4 OS does not support this processor. QSSL's QNX4 OS is only available for x86-based architectures. QSSL's QNX Neutrino 2.0 has support for multiple platforms including x86-based processors, Power PC, and MIPS.
