We reviewed our vedit backup file for some previous modifications and we found that the lettering is reversed, the individual lines were reversed and the program structure was reversed. Why?

| Solution |
The backup file in Vedit is made in reverse order to speed up scrolling/editing, etc. If the vedit session terminates abnormally for some reason, the file is left in this condition, with the most recent changes at the start of it. |
