We're attempting to use 'vedit' on our QNX4.23A system. However, the keypad arrows don't work, and displays the error: 'vedit.key file not accessed'.

| Solution |
Change the TERM environment variable in the $HOME/.profile by adding the following line:
export TERM=qansi-m
Also, go to the Vedit website, and get the latest vedit update which is free to QNX RTOS owners. Their website is at:
