We are trying to run the Net.ether82557 under QNX 4.25. The chipset on the network card is the Intel pro 100+ 82559. The manual states that this interface is backward software compatible with the 82557. When we run the Net.ether82557 driver (4.25A size 39314,date July 09,1998) we get the error RUS_IDLE and must reboot.
Is there a newer version of Net.ether82557 that works with this chip?

Support for the Intel 82559 chip was introduced in version 4.25D of QNX4. Please go to the Updates section of our website at: http://support.qnx.com/download/updates/index.html and upgrade to 4.25D. |
