How do we go about setting up 'sendmail' on our QNX4 system?

Senmail is free software that is provided by a third party. A version of it is available from the free software archives on the QNX website at:
http://www.qnx.com/cgi-bin/dir_find.cgi?/usr/free/
QNX does not support third party software. Any questions regarding the software should be directed to the author. QNX does not keep a record of the authors contact information, so if they provided it in the readme then they are willing to take questions.
