We have an installation based on QNX2.15 operating system with 16Mb of RAM. This is not enough for our next application revision. From the manuals we are not sure if the version 2.15 is capable of recoginizing more RAM.
What is the maximum RAM-size for QNX2 and are there differencies between 2.15 and newer versions?

All versions of QNX2 have this limitation. Information on changes between versions of QNX2 can be found in QUICS in the directory /usr/free2/technotes the two files os.220.doc and os.221.doc.
