What is the proper procedure for reporting a QNX bug? |
| Solution |
There are two options for reporting bug reports.
1. Post the problem to the relevant newsgroup on the QDN newsgroups (inn.qnx.com server). It may be a known bug, there may be a fix, or it could be a new one. The people who develop the product will be reading the relevant newsgroup and will be the best qualified to quickly answer your query.
2. Go to http://support.qnx.com/report/problem_report.html and report it there. |
