There are many differences between QNX 4 and QNX Neutrino, as well as many similarities. Either OS might be a good choice, it all depends on the project. We suggest reading the first sections of each of the System Architecture Guides(The Philosophy of ...) for both QNX4 and QNX Neutrino.
