Graphics in Photon are very slow, how can we speed them up?

| Solution |
- check to ensure that the driver for the video card is in fact the correct one
- running the VESA driver will be slow as there is no video acceleration present in the VESA driver
- ensure Full Window Dragging is turned off in the Photon options (right click on the desktop and select "Options")
- try decreasing the screen resolution. The default is 1024x768. Try a lower value like 800x600 or 640x480. |
