Is it possible to disable fleet, but still allow tcp/ip?

| Solution |
Yes, it is possible. Run Net with the -A option (do not automatically add netmap entries) and make sure you don't have any netmap entries for nodes you don't want to share root with.
Or, if you don't want any nodes to share root and QNX networking , run them as a logical node 1.
This will have no effect on TCP/IP.
