This patch contains updates to the usr/photon/translations/charsets translation file and the phexlib libraries involved with the translation of characters to and from UTF. This patch also provides updates to the devi-hid input driver to better support keyboard and mouse input for applications based on Photon and the Advanced Graphics TDK.
