There's a known issue (Ref#729298) with the Target File System Filesystem Navigator where the column width of file list pane becomes incorrectly set to 0, hiding the file listing while still showing the folder structure in the tree view pane.
To resolve the issue bring up the "Table options" dialog box by accessing the view menu (downward-pointing triangle in the Target File System Filesystem Navigator tab) and clicking OK in the dialog box to reset the column width and restore the file list.
