The following information is applicable for QSC Version 2.0 or newer. If you have an older version, please update to the latest available version to take advantage of the latest/greatest QSC features.
QNX Software Center may display QPKGs that you are not allowed to install. There are two places where you may encounter these packages:
"All" tab "Inaccessible" folder
"Add Installation" package tagged with "INACCESSIBLE"
To determine why the QPKG or installation is unavailable to you, you need to CHECK THE PROPERTIES of the package:
Right click on the QPKG -> Properties -> General Information -> Inaccessible
This should provide the information similar to:
Insufficient Entitlements or Missing Click-through Agreements Check why at <link>
You must be logged in (to the browser) with your myQNX in order to view the <link>
The link will provide details about what is required to get access to the QPKG, example:
To access this page you must complete the following:
* You must have a copy of <PRODUCT> deployed to your account
Depending on the message, you will need to work with your company's QNX License manager(s) in order to get the appropriate product/plan licenses assigned to you. If your company does not have the required products/plans, you may want to contact your QNX account rep to discuss options.
