Problem

chkqnx6fs fails with the following error message:

chkqnx6fs: potentially unstable filesystem

Solution

________________________________________________________________________

chkqnx6fs must be run on a stable filesystem, so you need to either:

1. disable snapshots. On a mounted file system with the chattr utility.
# chattr -snapshot <mountpoint>
2. do not mount the filesystem
3. mount the filesystem are read only
