Test all Photon relevant VESA 2 modes
test_vesa2 [-e] [-r] [-V]
- -e
- Use emulation mode to call the BIOS (default).
- -r
- Use real mode to call the BIOS. Try using this option if emulation
didn't work. If it works using real mode, you'll have to use real mode in
Photon modeswitching (i.e. add the -r option to the modeswitcher
portion of the trap lines in your crt.$NODE file).
- -V
- Be verbose.
The test_vesa2 utility tests all Photon-relevant VESA 2 modes. If
the test was successful, a test pattern similar to a TV test pattern appears
with the QNX logo in the lower-right corner.

The logo and test pattern aren't scaled to fit the aspect ratio of the
pixels, so in certain modes it may look too wide or too tall. |
