QNX OS 8.0 Amazon Machine Image Release Notes

The QNX OS 8.0 Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is a reference image of QNX OS 8.0 for the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). The QNX OS 8.0 AMI has feature parity with the equivalent QNX OS.

Target cloud service

You must access the QNX OS 8.0 AMI by signing into the Amazon Web Services (AWS) at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.

Development host OSs

You must install the QNX SDP on a development host with one of the following 64-bit operating systems:
  • Microsoft Windows 11, or Windows 10
  • Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 LTS, Ubuntu Desktop 20.04 LTS, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
